Conservative Council Candidates Launch House Building Survey

Hempstead and Wigmore Council Candidates Andrew Lawrence and Jim Gilbourne have launched a survey to ascertain residents attitude to new housebuilding in the Hempsted and Wigmore area.

Andrew Lawrence commented "We know and support residents total opposition to a number of large house building projects in and around Hempstead but we want to know a bit more about attitudes to new house building and to hear from as many residents as possible in order to properly represent views from across our community."

Jim Gilbourne added that "As candidates putting ourselves forward to represent Hempstead and Wigmore residents on Medway Council it was important for us to understand attitudes to house building, what was acceptable, what is not and if elected to take those messages to the Council."

Hempstead and Wigmore residents are invited to complete the three minute survey by visting our Surveys section. The survey was launched on the 14th February 2023 and will close on the 31st March 2023.
